“I am a better person when I have less on my plate.” ― Elizabeth Gilbert,
Who does not love Kulfi is my question. I grab every opportunity I get to indulge in some kulfi.
What is Kulfi? – is a popular frozen dairy dessert from the Indian Subcontinent. It is often described as “traditional Indian ice cream”. It is popular throughout India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Burma (Myanmar), and the Middle East. Kulfi has similarities to ice cream in appearance and taste; however it is denser and creamier. It comes in various flavours. The more traditional ones are cream (malai), rose, mango, cardamom (elaichi), saffron (kesar or zafran), and pistachio.
Kulfilicious has a very fun theme with a rickshaw, witty signs and fun atmosphere. We had two kulfi sticks; Choco Ali [10AED] and Malai Kulfi [10AED]. I absolutely loved both the Kulfis and they were priced well. I have never tried chocolate Kulfi, and I loved it. The mild flavour of chocolate went well with the kulfi.
The service was good and they were kind enough to recommend us the best kulfi flavours available. Wish I could have had more, but next time.
